What you need to do to prepare prior to your service?
We require all open windows and external doors to be closed while we are treating your property. It is also recommended to remove any washing that is hung out to be brought in and if possible to have as much access to the skirting boards as possible. German Cockroach Service
German Cockroaches can unknowingly be introduced into your property.
If they are undetected and not treated they can quickly breed and before you know it, there is a bad infestation and can become a health and safety issue.

How we treat the problem:
Firstly, flushing out the live cockroaches, the aerosol we use is safe for all property types including nursing homes.  We then wait and watch the activity and locate any harbourage areas and treat those thoroughly.

German Cockroaches can breed and multiply faster than most cockroach species. We may need to have a follow up service and we will discuss this with you at the time of the service.

Areas treated:
We carry out a thorough inspection of the property affected; this is to locate all the areas that have an infestation. Once this is done, we can then prepare the safest and best method of treatment for the property conditions.

This ensures that we achieve the best possible result, we can then offer you a solution to maintain your property and advise aspects of day to day activities that help in the reduction of risk for future infestation.

We recommend that this service is carried out with our General Pest Service to ensure maximum results.

How long does this service take?
Depending on the property, size and access, treatment times can be up to 2 hours.

What you need to do to prepare prior to your service?
No general preparation is needed. For a domestic kitchen there is no need to empty any cupboards.

Due to the nature and habits of German Cockroaches we offer a 30 day warranty. If the infestation is heavy and there is a lot of pest pressure a follow up treatment is recommended. We carry this out within a three (3) week period from date of service. We offer this service at a discounted fee.

We use the latest tools to help detect Termite activity in your property.
  • * Thermal Imaging Camera
  • * Moisture Meter
  • * Borer Scope
  • * Timber Tapper

These sophisticated tools allow us to detect more than the normal. We visually inspect all timber accessible areas in your property such as; walls, floors, ceilings etc, without damaging or moving items of furniture.

We identify areas of concern that are attractive to termites. The areas of increased concern are previous and/or current termite evidence and damage, any termite nests, higher than normal moisture readings and damage; we also identify building structural issues and report on those found.

This involves a thorough inspection of all potential entry points, such as roof void, under the house, verandas and pergolas, concrete blocks, cross-ventilation, landscaping, and any extensions attached to the house, fencing, trees and stumps around the house – up to a radius of 30 metres checking surrounding areas.

We also inspect any previous barriers that have been installed on the property.

As it is your property and you know the creaks and noises, it's best for you to be present so we can ask questions about the property as we carry out the inspection.

Inspection time:
A thorough inspection will take approximately 2 ½ hours. This is also dependent on the size and construction method of the property. We are not in a hurry when it comes to your property and termite. We will always take as much time as needed to complete the inspection.

Our report is to the Australian Standard on termite activity.
The report will cover areas we have inspected, what we have found - areas such as leaking taps and hot water run off pipes, any termite evidence that has been found, old and new. Identification of the type of termite that has been found, where if any, infestations which has been found.
By doing this, we can then offer the best method of treatment to you and the property conditions and your budget. We will also provide information on what you can do to protect your property once the treatment period has finished.
